H.A.A.R.P. What in the hell is it REALLY?
Mysterious "Halo" Cloud over Moscow |
"Hole Punch Cloud" |
Another example of a "Hole Punch" Cloud |
What in the Hell are those?
That is a damn good question. These little goodies are very odd atmospheric phenomena, known as "Hole Punch Clouds". If you believe the "official" explanation, an airplane flew through the clouds and made a big, special, perfectly round, hole. BULLSHIT!!!!!
"Earthquake Lights" over China |
That's right, these are the so called "Earthquake Lights". These lights have been known to show up in the sky above areas affected by a massive earthquake. They usually begin up to 30 minutes before the quake and intensify during it. Scientists have been trying to figure these out for many years, but still have not come up with a viable explanation. Oh, there are some theories, gasses being released, electromagnetic interference, Quartz deposits reflecting light, "....and some light from Venus refracted off some swamp gas ." You know the usual BULLSHIT that scientists say when they can't figure it out. God forbid, someone should take responsibility and say, "I don't know".
So what does that have to do with the price of tea in China?
I'm soooo glad you asked that!
There is a not very well known scientific research facility located in Gakona Alaska, about 180 miles ENE of Anchorage. Or if you want to look it up on Google Earth or a GPS it's, 62 deg 23.5 min North Latitude:145 deg 8.8 min West Longitude. At this facility they work on a project by the name of High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program or H.A.A.R.P. for short.
H.A.A.R.P. Array |
According to the "official" website for HAARP http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/haarp/index.html the "official" explanation for what they do is, and I quote...
"1.The study of basic natural processes that occur in the ionosphere under the natural but much stronger influence of solar interaction. This includes studying how the natural ionosphere affects radio signals with the goal of developing techniques that may be available for mitigating these effects to improve the reliability and/or the performance of communication and navigation systems.
2. Development of technology to use effects produced through ionospheric interactions. One example of this is learning how to generate new signals in the ELF range for the real application of subsurface communications."
Sounds great to me! What's your beef with them?
Funny you should ask....
Let's take this one step at a time. First off, the way they study the "Natural Processes" is with (again quoting from their website). "The Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), a high power transmitter facility operating in the High Frequency (HF) range. The IRI will be used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere for scientific study".
Okay.... Let me get this straight. We are going to fire a powerful, high frequency, radio beam at the Ionosphere, thereby exciting (see heating) the molecules in a "limited" area, and see what it does? Does this strike anyone else as a particularly BAD IDEA!
Another quote here, "Observation of the processes resulting from the use of the IRI in a controlled manner will allow scientists to better understand processes that occur continuously under the natural stimulation of the sun." WHAT!!!!! In other words there is a way to use the IRI in an "UNCONTROLLED" manner. Translated: This is a dangerous process!
Now, I am no scientist, but I do know a few things about radio waves. HF radio (often used for amateur "shortwave" radio transmission) is capable of broadcasting globally when you use as little as a few 10s of watts of power, under the right conditions. According to their website, the IRI uses 180 antennae spread over a 35 acre site with a maximum of 3.6 MILLION watts of RF power. The biggest problem I see with this is, the reason some nerd sitting in his mothers basement in Podunk Illinois on a shortwave radio can talk to another nerd in his mothers basement in BumFuckedEgypt, is because HF radio "propagates". AKA bounces off of the ionosphere and the ground and the ionosphere again and again until it is interfered with. In other words it travels around the Earth for thousands of miles.
Thank you to robrobinette.com for the above illustration (I love the interwebs).
The second part of the mission of HAARP. "Development of technology to use effects produced through ionospheric interactions. One example of this is learning how to generate new signals in the ELF range for the real application of subsurface communications." What could possibly be wrong with that?
Again...so glad you asked. ELF or Extra Low Frequency waves are being developed for use by the Navy to communicate with submerged submarines. Sounds like a good idea, the government could stay in touch with our nuclear launch platforms without giving away their position. There is only one catch, ELF can actually affect the bones of the inner ear. So.... does that mean it will make the sailors dizzy?
Not exactly. The way it affects the ear, is that it can actually be used to set up a vibration of the bones, resulting in the victim "hearing things". Why would the Navy want to make the sailors hear things?
Allow me to explain.
THE CONSPIRACY THEORIES!
1. The HAARP system can be used to affect weather on a global scale.
2. The HAARP system is an EM weapon, capable of causing earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.
3. The HAARP system can be used to transmit sounds (or words) directly into the inner ears of anyone, or everyone.
Theory (or as I like to call it...understandable fear) number one. The scientists at HAARP have openly stated that their goal is to heat parts of the ionosphere. As I've pointed out HF waves propagate if fired at the right angle. So every time the IRI is fired it may be heating the ionosphere not just in a "limited area" as they claim, but around the globe. If nerd boy can send a similar signal to the opposite hemisphere with a hand full of watts of power, how far away can HAARP's 3 million plus watts go. How much heating of the ionosphere does it take to change a weather pattern? The sun does it normally, but that is a gradual heating and cooling spread equally over the entire planet every day, and look at the natural weather patterns that can create. How much movement can be caused by a concentrated beam bouncing around the earth in a focused band for weeks at a time. To quote the HAARP website once again, "The HF Transmitter is used during research campaigns to support interactive study of the ionosphere. A typical research period may last one or two weeks and several such campaigns may occur in a given year". Could we be seeing the effects of this "tampering" already? I don't need to point out the increase in severe weather around the planet do I? (I do, okay fine! But I'll have to use a separate post for obvious reasons.) Could the "key hole" clouds be a visible byproduct of a HAARP HF "bounce" off the ionosphere? It makes more sense to me then an airplane making a perfect circle in a cloud layer thousands of feet across.
Understandable fear number two: Could a High Frequency wave be used as a weapon? Absolutely! Directed energy weapons may sound like something out of Star Trek, but they are VERY real! They are in active use today by our military. A microwave based weapon, Raytheon's Active Denial System, uses concentrated waves to create an intense burning sensation on anyone it hits. The ADS is relatively small, it sits on the back of a truck. Other developed weapons are capable of generating fields that can cause anxiety, fear, and dread in individuals and groups of people. Perfect for causing an army to flee or a population to riot. With the "right antenna" these microwave weapons can be deployed over large areas such as cities, or countries. Can you imagine if all of a sudden, everyone in a specific country was full of anxiety and fear? What kind of situations would arise if overnight every single man, woman, and child was afraid of their government. You might have simultaneous revolutions in every country in a specific area....say, I don't know..... North Africa!
No way!!!!! Our government would never use a weapon that would affect the psyche of an entire.... oh damn! I spoke too soon.
But that still doesn't explain the earthquake/hurricane theory....oh sorry, understandable fear.
Your right. I am? Yes, but let me ask you something. How does a microwave oven cook food? Let me explain. A microwave oven sends a concentrated wave at the food, the wave excites the molecules of the food, there by heating the food. The food itself actually cooks from the inside out. Now, imagine if the emitters for the microwave covered a 35 acre field and were sent to a satellite in orbit then concentrated and transmitted at an already unstable fault line in the earths crust for about a week. How much heat does it take to melt rock from the inside out? What about a hurricane? Have you ever listened to a weatherman talk about the path of a hurricane and what it does when it "gets over the warm waters of the gulf". What if you selectively heated the water in the path of a natural hurricane? Could you cause it to intensify? What about heating the air around it? Could you change it's direction? Cause it to make a 90 degree turn and miss Florida because the space shuttle is sitting on the launch pad and it takes 2 days to move her? What about directing a super typhoon towards the coast of a country that is flooding your markets with cheap products made by slave labor? Or heating a fault line to the point of fracture in the only other true "superpower" left besides you. Remember the picture above? Those "Earthquake lights" appeared in the sky over Sichuan province in China on May 12th 2008 30 minutes before the 8.0 earthquake that killed between 68,000 and 86,000 people (depending on who you believe), injured 374,000 and left between 4.8 and 11 million people homeless.
Finally, the one I find scariest of all.
Understandable fear number three: Every major religion has an "end of days" story. For Christians it's the second coming of Christ. For Jews it's the coming of Mashiach or the messiah. For Muslims it's the return of the "prophet" Jesus (Pbuh) just before Yawm ad-Din or Day of Judgement . For the Hindu it is the return of Krisna. No matter what your religion is, a triumphal return of a key figure, signals the end of the world as we know it. What does that have to do with radio waves from Alaska?
A fair question, so here it is. ELF can stimulate the inner ear to create "voices" that seem to come from everywhere including inside your own head. The fear is that in combination with holographic projectors and GPS satellites, ELF from the HAARP will be used to bring about the "Second coming". Or first coming depending on your flavor of religion. It's know as (Que Dramatic music...Dum Dum Dum) Project Blue Beam.
(In a passable Rod Serling) Imagine if you will...appearing in the sky an image of... (Insert your messiah here) then from everywhere and no where at the same time a voice, in your native language (matching the dominant religion and language of the area). "I have returned my child..." then the images all over the world transform into the same image of one person...Someone trusted...Someone loved by all...OMG! IT'S OPRAH!!!!! Then out of the image of Oprah, one voice, in many languages says..."I am the one true God, come and worship me." Okay so no one really believes Oprah is God, but you get the picture. Then the head of every major religion tells the world, Oprah is the one true God. Then the heads of state from all of the countries in the world bow down to Oprah. The UN declares Oprah supreme leader and dissolves all borders. All currency is changed over to have the picture of Oprah on the front, with the words "In Oprah we trust" The pledge of allegiance is change to read, "...one world, under Oprah" All television and radio networks carry only shows produced by "HARPO Studios"...oh wait, that already happened. Eventually Oprah is given her own network where she can tell the world what she wants the world to hear AND THEY CALL IT OWN...THE OPRAH WINFREY NETWORK!!!!! (Que evil musical score) oh wait, that already happened too. Damn! It's already happening AAAAAHHHHH!!!! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!
Sorry, got carried away there. (Breathing heavy) Okay, I'm back now. Whew, pretty scary isn't it?
The point is, the government says, "It's a harmless experiment in the Alaskan woods." The Conspiracists say, "It's a mind and weather controlling super weapon designed to bring about a one world government who worships Oprah." Yeah, but what do you think?
Well, I think reality is probably somewhere in the middle. The science doesn't add up to a harmless experiment, neither does it quite add up to Oprah worshiping automatons. But no matter what, IT'S DAMN SCARY! But please don't take my word for it....Google it yourself. But be prepared, you just might see some things that make you feel like you are on a journey through... the Twilight Zone. Do Do Dodo, Do Do Dodo, Doooooo dadadodolado.
