Who is this guy?

Do you recognize this man? Neither did I the first time I saw him. In fact, up until a couple of days ago, I had never even heard of him. Having said that, you might want to get familiar with his face. I believe we may be seeing a lot more of it. His name is Emil Boc, he is the Prime Minister of Romania...and he should scare the hell out of you.

What are you on about now? He is just the PM of a little broke country, why should I be scared?

I am soooooo glad you asked. This guy is very quietly, behind the scenes, setting himself up to be a very valuable player on the world stage. In fact, if this guy is who I suspect he might be, he might soon be, the only player on the world stage


Because I have just started digging into Boc, I am going to do something a little different with this post. I am going to make this a running post with updates added as I find new information. So check back often. I am also opening this post up for discussion, comments, etc. I want all of the input I can get on this character.

You're absolutely right. So I will get on with it now. The video below is how I first heard about Emil Boc. The poster, one "Courageousnerdz", I think missed the point of his own video. The first few minutes talk about how Emil Boc has signed bilateral peace treaties with Israel and Saudi Arabia. How Boc is supposedly a "descendant" of Adolf Hitlers father (although the posters research methods make me doubt the accuracy of that statement). It also shows Boc meeting with the Pope to discuss Romania's Catholic population and how Boc is a member of the Greek Catholic Association. These first few minutes got me thinking about the way Boc seems to be working behind the scenes. The poster then makes some strange leaps and somehow goes off on a tangent that maybe Prince William is the Antichrist and when he takes over as king of England he will actually be "King of the world". Most of the second half of the video doesn't hold water, so in my humble opinion, is most likely a distraction. Courageousnerdz is so wrapped up in trying to prove his opinion of Prince William, he misses the evidence that he himself added to the video. It isn't Prince William setting all of these things in motion... It's Emil Boc.

So what are you saying?

Okay, let me try to explain. Most of my fellow Christian readers are probably already beginning to see where this is going, but I want everyone to understand. In what is referred to as the "End Times" or "End of days" or also known as the "Tribulation" (see my earlier posts for reference), there is going to be a single government in control of the entire world. This government has many names, "New World Order", "United Nations" (although they will probably only be part of the final form), "Illuminati", "10 kingdoms", and many others. What ever you call it, it will be the final human government on this planet. It will be headed by one individual. The Bible refers to him as, "the Beast", "Antichrist", "the Man of Sin", and several other names. The point is, this one person will be the, "end all and beat all" "numero uno", "head honcho" man in charge. This one man, will have absolute power and control of the entire population of the planet (or at least what's left of it). Most Biblical scholars agree on 19 characteristics of the Antichrist. I will list the scriptures where these characteristics can be found along with the characteristics themselves, so that you can look them up yourself. They are as follows:

1. (Daniel 8:9-12) He starts small, but becomes great. He succeeds in whatever he does.

2. (Daniel 7:11) He is arrogant, boastful.

3. (Daniel 8:24) He will cause astounding devastation.

4. (Daniel 8:24) He will become very strong... but not by his own power... in his quick rise to fame.

5. Daniel, Thessalonians, and Revelation all say he will be blasphemous and speak out against God and the Word of God.

6. (Revelation 17:1-13) He will come from a rebuilt Roman Empire.

7. (Daniel 8:23) He will be a "Stern faced" king.

8. Daniel, Thessalonians, and Revelation all agree, He will be a master of manipulation.

9. (Daniel 7:24) He will be a king "different" from those who went before him.

10. (II Thessalonians 2) He will be known as the "lawless one" or a "Rebel".

11. (Matthew 24:15) He will be seen standing in "The Holy Place". (the temple in Jerusalem)

12. Many scriptures state that he will be called "messiah" or savior.

13. (Revelation 13) At some point he will receive a head wound. Believed to be fatal.

14. Then he will be "miraculously healed".

15. A "false prophet" will arise and act as his "right hand man" and head of the One World Church.

16. (Revelation 17) A ten nation "coalition" will grant him ALL power and authority.

17. (Daniel 9:27) He will make a "peace treaty with many". (Most believe this to be Israel, but it could be exactly what he is doing AS WE SPEAK).

18. Daniel, Matthew, Thessalonians, and Revelation agree that he will persecute Christians and Jews everywhere he can, once he reveals his TRUE nature.

19. (Daniel 7:25) He will change laws and "times" concerning worship.

The attributes in green are already true, or he is currently fulfilling them. The ones in black either have not yet happened, or I haven't found anything on it (like the nickname "lawless one")
The red attributes will not take place until he reveals his true nature or when he claims to be God, by then it's too late.

(By the way, just for comparison, Barack Obama fulfilled 12 of these before he ever took office)

Also, he is making inroads with some of the most influential corporations on the planet. The American mega corporation, Bechtel, has jumped in bed with him, in exchange for the contract for most major infrastructure within Romania.

SO WHAT! Someone has to get the contracts! You are making too much out of nothing!

Okay, normally I would say you are right. However, Bechtel is the largest engineering firm in the United States and is the 5th largest privately held company in the country. They have had their hands in building every type of major infrastructure in the U.S. Power Generation (both conventional and nuclear), roads, dams, bridges, subways, buildings, airports you name it. From one end of the globe to the other, Bechtel has their hands in everything. As of 2007, Bechtel (Or it's partners) was placed in charge of operations for almost ALL of the U.S. nuclear weapon facilities, Lawrence Livermore Labs, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Savannah River, Hanford, Pantex, Y-12 National Security Complex, and the Nevada Test site. They are also under contract to build ALL of the nuclear reactors for the next generation U.S. aircraft carriers (Gerald R. Ford class) and nuclear powered vessels.

This company, with its hands into so much, is now in bed with this guy. While on the surface this may not seem like such a big deal, it does raise some questions when you realize that most of Bechtel's recent contracts were awarded though negotiation and not bidding. Including the construction of Romania's first modern freeway the A-3.  

Hang tight with me for just a minute, it gets a little complicated. In June 2004 Boc was elected mayor of Cluj-Napoca the largest city in Transylvania, and amazingly the location of the first section of the A3. The same year that Bechtel was awarded the freeway contract by the "Social Democrat" Prime Minister Adrian Nastase. Boc, at that time, became President of the Democratic party, a promotion from his position of "President Executive". Nastase, later that year, was defeated in a run for President by Traian Basescu the candidate from the party headed by Boc (whom Basescu had made party president executive in the first place {See item #8 above}), Nastase became  President of the lower house of the Romanian Parliament (known as the Chamber of Deputies). Emil Boc in 2004 was vice chairman of the Legal committee for the Chamber (Also known as the Committee for Legal Matters, Discipline, and Immunities). Nastase wasn't prosecuted for corruption until 2006, long after Boc had left that office. Basescu later went on to appoint Boc as PM in 2008 when his original appointee Theodor Stolojan suddenly decided Boc should have the job after being in office only 5 days. (See Item #'s 1 and 4 Above).  

In 2009 the portion of the Romanian Government headed by Boc fell in a vote of no confidence. The government was then rebuilt (Boc stayed on as "interim" PM). When Basescu was reelected that same year three different people were nominated for PM (none of them Boc) yet somehow, all three were defeated by various groups and Emil was re-instated. 

I know, I know, it's all very convoluted, but that is Romanian politics in the 21st century. Lets just say, Emil Boc came to power through questionable methods, and has mysteriously stayed in power no matter who tries to get rid of him or how. He is in bed with some of the most powerful political, business, and religious leaders on the planet. He is calling for a "United States of Europe" and wants to consolidate the economies of Europe, Asia, and Africa into one. World leaders collapse when he touches them. Ok so maybe it was just the French ambassador, but still...check it out. (What you miss in this video is just before he faints Boc touches him)

Is he the Antichrist as depicted in Revelation? I don't know. He seems to be doing all of the things that the Beast would be doing right now.  consolidating power, forging relationships, and pushing for centralized governments and economies.

Oh and just as a final footnote. Biblical numerology scholars believe that the number 9 is the number of "judgement" referring to the judgement of man and all of his deeds.

In Revelation 13:18 the Bible says
